Richemont seeks a Sales Experience Manager in Orlando to lead boutique teams and elevate client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Define and monitor store KPIs, sales forecasts and performance dashboards; implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies and local CRM initiatives to maximise retention and lifetime value.
- Partner with merchandising and visual teams to ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand directives and product launches.
- Plan and host high-touch client events, private appointments and product unveilings to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clientele.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training for sales advisors, ensuring consistent luxury service standards.
- Coordinate stock availability, replenishment and sample flows with retail operations and inventory teams.
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports for regional management and contribute to business reviews and local strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with a minimum of 5 years' experience; at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Demonstrable success meeting and exceeding sales KPIs in a high-end boutique environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance management and team development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-first approach to client relationship management.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic sales analytics; able to translate data into actionable initiatives.
- Flexible availability to support boutique opening hours, private client events and peak trading periods.

Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, including at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within boutique or multi-brand retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or equivalent professional experience.
