Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across the store
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support team development
