Cartier North America hiring Sales Experience Manager in Houston. Lead boutique sales, manage team, and drive client relationships in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead business development through strategic client relationship creation and memorable client interactions
- Drive sales and care service teams to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement proactive sales strategies based on boutique business knowledge and local market assessment
- Create and execute client relationship strategies to increase business opportunities and develop VIP client strategies
- Partner with boutique leadership on CRM initiatives including client outreach, data capture, and repurchase rate optimization
- Lead and promote networking activities for the boutique team
- Serve as point of contact for visiting stylists and press photo shoots in partnership with the PR team
- Develop Prestige Partnership strategies to increase prestige sales within the boutique
- Support and partner with sales and care service teams on escalated client matters
- Collaborate with boutique management and regional partners to determine, communicate, and monitor individual and team KPIs
- Communicate and coordinate with corporate departments on key messages, business opportunities, and boutique needs
- Lead boutique projects including inventories, audit preparation, and operational initiatives
- Manage controllable operating expenses in partnership with the Operations Manager
- Prepare regular sales reporting and analysis including monthly qualitative business development reports
- Participate in daily boutique setup and breakdown for opening and closing
- Motivate and support boutique staff through strategic communication and team engagement
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate brand initiatives, strategies, and industry insights
- Perform administrative and HR tasks including commission accuracy checks, scheduling, payroll, and overtime management
- Actively recruit and maintain a talent pipeline for boutique positions
- Identify training and coaching opportunities and partner with corporate learning and development teams
- Lead the performance management process through regularly scheduled individual meetings and biannual performance reviews
- Assess team potential and propose development opportunities in partnership with management and HR
- Project a professional and approachable image as a Cartier ambassador
- Foster a positive, productive, and highly collaborative boutique environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field (preferred)
- 8–10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality
- Required experience managing direct reports
- Previous experience with SAP (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Enthusiastic approach with clients and colleagues
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to develop business and build lasting client relationships

Skills
Experience
8–10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality, with required direct report management experience. Retail hours availability (including weekends) and willingness to travel for training and client events required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
