Cartier North America seeks Sales Experience Manager in Dallas. Lead boutique operations, drive client relationships, and manage retail teams in luxury jewelry retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and client relationship management through exceptional service and memorable client interactions
  • Drive sales and care service teams to achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Master boutique business fundamentals and assess local market opportunities to implement proactive sales strategies
  • Develop genuine client relationships through targeted client strategies and CRM efforts including client outreach and data capture
  • Partner with boutique leadership on relationship management efforts to ensure store objectives are met
  • Lead and promote networking activities for the boutique team
  • Serve as point of contact for visiting stylists and coordinate press photo shoots in partnership with PR
  • Develop Prestige Partnership strategies to increase prestige sales and advance VIP client strategy
  • Support sales and care service teams on escalated client matters to ensure optimal resolution
  • Determine and monitor individual and team KPIs in collaboration with boutique management
  • Collaborate with corporate departments including retail, merchandising, and marketing to communicate key messages and business opportunities
  • Lead or delegate boutique projects including inventory management, audit preparation, and operational initiatives
  • Partner with Operations Manager to optimize controllable costs through monitoring, analysis, and strategic recommendations
  • Prepare regular sales reporting and analysis with monthly qualitative business development assessments
  • Participate in daily boutique setup and breakdown as needed
  • Motivate and support boutique staff through strategic brand initiatives and team meetings
  • Educate boutique team on Maison knowledge, competitive landscape, and industry developments
  • Perform HR and administrative tasks including commission verification, scheduling, payroll, and overtime management
  • Actively recruit and maintain talent pipeline for sales positions
  • Identify training opportunities and partner with retail coaches and learning and development to implement coaching plans
  • Lead performance management process through scheduled meetings and biannual performance reviews
  • Assess staff potential and propose development opportunities in partnership with HR and career committees
  • Uphold Cartier standards through professional appearance, manner, and positive boutique environment
  • Create collaborative network leveraging personal and team expertise both in-person and via telephone

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality
  • Proven experience managing direct reports
  • Strong leadership skills with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Advanced understanding of client service needs and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience

8–10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality environments with proven success leading direct report teams. Education

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
