Richemont Sales Director in Taipei, Taiwan—manage luxury jewelry and watches sales channels, develop strategy, and lead team growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across assigned channels (direct, online, or retail) aligned with corporate business objectives
  • Establish sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure channels consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts, and provide ongoing training and support
  • Develop relationship management plans for complex accounts, identifying and cultivating connections with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations addressing specific client needs, concerns, and interests; gather market intelligence and secure client agreements
  • Cultivate industry networks and represent the organization at sector events to enhance market visibility and brand reputation
  • Configure sophisticated product-and-service solutions with associated contractual terms addressing mid-to-long-term customer requirements
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements within predefined parameters; review and authorize proposals deviating from standard terms or escalate to senior management
  • Manage pricing and terms initiatives with external strategic partners
  • Monitor and control business performance metrics for assigned segments, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
  • Oversee portfolio of major contracts, manage service-level agreements, and coordinate implementation activities
  • Oversee CRM system implementation and maintenance within area of responsibility; identify and communicate system improvement opportunities
  • Implement and monitor compliance management protocols for external partner segments
  • Develop and deliver product education and training courses to enhance team performance
  • Serve as subject matter expert on technology, policy, regulation, and operational management; maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and emerging regulations
  • Ensure all activities comply with company diversity and inclusion guidelines

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent level of education
  • Extensive experience handling complex business situations and advising junior colleagues
  • Demonstrated expertise in general supervision of more junior staff
  • Proven track record in channel sales management, account management, or comparable senior sales roles
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and commercial structuring
