Cartier Zürich seeks a Sales Associate (12-month contract) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive boutique sales in this prestigious role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalized service to high-net-worth clients at the Cartier Zürich boutique
- Serve as a Cartier ambassador at client events and within the boutique environment
- Proactively build and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive repeat business and referrals
- Guide clients through the maison's creations and collections to create unique, memorable experiences
- Contribute to seamless boutique operations through collaborative teamwork and individual accountability
- Work towards individual sales targets whilst supporting shared team objectives
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations tailored to client preferences and needs
