Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, anticipatory client service consistent with luxury retail standards and brand values.
- Engage clients on the sales floor to generate conversion and achieve daily/weekly boutique targets within a 20% part-time schedule.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalised follow-up, clienteling and accurate CRM records.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic after-sales processes with impeccable accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain visual merchandising, boutique presentation and stock integrity to brand guidelines.
- Assist with stock receipt, replenishment, inventory counts and merchandise transfers as required.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and management to ensure seamless store operations and exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail strongly preferred.
- Impeccable professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work a part-time contract at approximately 20% FTE, including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling competence; reliable attention to detail.
- Right to work legally in Switzerland.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of retail or hospitality experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium-brand boutiques and who can demonstrate consistent sales performance and client service excellence.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational retail or hospitality training is an advantage.
