Richemont Sales Associate position in Vienna, Austria. Full-time luxury retail role in jewelry and watches with competitive salary and benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide qualified consultation to exclusive luxury clientele in jewelry and watchmaking
- Actively acquire new clients and cultivate existing relationships through personalized engagement
- Support clients through custom High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking consultations and acquisitions
- Execute New Retail strategies encompassing e-commerce channels, distant sales, virtual sales ceremonies, traffic management, and proprietary client applications
- Deliver dedicated VIP client service and foster local business relationships
- Execute administrative duties including customer database management, inventory preparation, and sales documentation
- Participate in networking activities including local cultural events and digital sales presentations
Qualifications
- Completed training in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or equivalent customer-centric service environment
- Sales experience in luxury goods, preferably within jewelry or watchmaking industries
- Advanced proficiency with New Retail methodologies including digital sales channels, virtual events, and client engagement platforms
- Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor
- Fluent German and English; additional language competency is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience with SAP or comparable inventory management systems
- Proficiency with digital client-facing tools including customer applications and click-and-collect systems
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail, particularly within jewelry or watchmaking, is preferred. Demonstrated success in managing VIP relationships and executing digital sales strategies is advantageous.
Education
Completed training in a customer- and service-oriented luxury retail environment (e.g., jewelry retail, upscale hospitality, client service operations).

The successful candidate will be located in Vienna, Vienna, Austria.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,848 per month.
