Piaget Sales Associate position in Tokyo – luxury watch and jewelry retail role within Richemont.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales guidance on Piaget timepieces and fine jewelry to affluent clientele
- Maintain boutique presentation standards and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems with accuracy and discretion
- Build and cultivate client relationships, capturing client preferences and purchase history
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise displays
- Uphold Piaget's luxury service standards and brand values in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail environments or customer-facing service roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage high-net-worth clients
- Attention to detail and commitment to visual presentation standards
- Knowledge of luxury watches and high-jewelry or willingness to undergo comprehensive training
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, fine watches, or high-jewelry sales is preferred; however, candidates with comparable customer service excellence in premium sectors will be considered. Demonstrated track record of client engagement and sales achievement is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, business, or luxury retail management is advantageous.
