Piaget seeks Sales Advisors at Tokyo boutiques. Luxury jewelry and watch retail role with comprehensive training and mentorship for brand growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative jewelry and watch sales within the Piaget boutique setting
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Manage customer records, inventory, and sales transactions using point-of-sale systems
- Process repair and service requests for jewelry and timepieces
- Execute operational tasks using boutique management software
- Contribute to the achievement of sales and client development targets
- Participate in training programs to develop product expertise and luxury retail best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional sales or customer service experience
- Demonstrated track record in luxury consumer goods, jewelry, or watch retail
- Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal); English and/or Mandarin Chinese highly valued
- Professional demeanor and ability to cultivate trust with high-net-worth clientele
- Proven capability in flexible problem-solving and collaborative team environments

Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales or customer service. Preferred backgrounds include luxury goods retail, jewelry or watch sales, high-end automotive sales, luxury hospitality (hotels, airlines), or premium fashion. Experience in department store (百貨店) or external sales environments, as well as retail management experience, is valued. Candidates from adjacent industries demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and sales discipline are encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary education required. Any professional certifications in luxury retail, jewelry (e.g., GIA G.G., Jewelry Coordinator) or horology (e.g., Watch Coordinator, watch maintenance qualifications) are advantageous but not mandatory.
