Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Taoyuan, Taiwan. Deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales for a Richemont maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver impeccable, personalised client service in a luxury boutique environment and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and promotion of the maison’s product range.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and communicate craftsmanship, materials and provenance to clients.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process sales transactions, manage returns and ensure accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor and displays immaculate, and assist with stock replenishment and inventory controls.
  • Coordinate with after-sales and CRM teams to follow up on client orders, appointments and service requests; participate in in-store events and trunk shows as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience; 1+ years in retail sales preferred, luxury retail experience advantageous.
  • Polished personal presentation and excellent interpersonal skills appropriate for high-end client interactions.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and to work to KPIs in a boutique environment.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and occasional events.
