Richemont is recruiting a Sales Associate in Taipei to deliver exceptional boutique service and drive boutique sales for its luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch, personalised client service to a discerning luxury clientele and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of product ranges.
- Maintain expert product knowledge — features, materials, craftsmanship and provenance — and communicate these effectively to clients.
- Operate POS and complete accurate transactions, returns and after-sales documentation in accordance with brand procedures.
- Implement visual merchandising and presentation standards to ensure boutique environment reflects brand identity.
- Manage stock: receive, audit and store merchandise securely; support inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups and client communications while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Secondary education completed; vocational or tertiary study in hospitality, retail or business is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients.
- Demonstrable track record in retail sales; experience within the luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories segment preferred.
- Professional presentation, discretion and a service-oriented mindset aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, and to support special boutique events.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of frontline retail or client-facing experience, ideally within luxury watches, high jewellery or premium fashion; demonstrable sales results and client portfolio development are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary education in hospitality, retail, merchandising or business is a plus.
