Richemont is recruiting a Sales Associate in Taipei to deliver exceptional boutique service and drive boutique sales for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-touch, personalised client service to a discerning luxury clientele and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of product ranges.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge — features, materials, craftsmanship and provenance — and communicate these effectively to clients.
  • Operate POS and complete accurate transactions, returns and after-sales documentation in accordance with brand procedures.
  • Implement visual merchandising and presentation standards to ensure boutique environment reflects brand identity.
  • Manage stock: receive, audit and store merchandise securely; support inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups and client communications while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education completed; vocational or tertiary study in hospitality, retail or business is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients.
  • Demonstrable track record in retail sales; experience within the luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories segment preferred.
  • Professional presentation, discretion and a service-oriented mindset aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, and to support special boutique events.
