Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate (Contractor) in Taichung — deliver luxury client service and drive sales for a Richemont maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with Richemont’s brand standards and the maison served.
  • Actively engage customers on the sales floor to convert opportunities and achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM practices.
  • Present product knowledge with authority — features, provenance and craftsmanship — to advise clients and close sales.
  • Maintain boutique standards: merchandising, visual presentation, stock replenishment and accurate stock records.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and follow cash-handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues and management to support daily operations, events and special client initiatives.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and brand security protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; 1–2 years in luxury or premium retail strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to build rapport and manage high-value client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal presentation skills; polished demeanour appropriate to luxury retail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and local public holidays.
  • Legal right to work in Taiwan (necessary for contractor engagement).

Experience

Typically 1–2 years of customer-facing retail experience; prior experience in luxury goods or premium jewellery/watches is advantageous.
