Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve visitors and clients entering the boutique as an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels identity and expertise
- Drive business by recruiting clients, developing client loyalty, and achieving sales objectives
- Present the Maison's universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration to enhance client expertise
- Deliver personalized client relationships by anticipating needs and offering outstanding experiences
- Provide after-sales services and care advice to all clients
- Actively participate in day-to-day boutique operations and foster positive team spirit
- Master in-store tools, maintain compliance with commercial policies and procedures, and ensure operational excellence
