Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets collaboratively whilst adhering to IWC Schaffhausen's directives and brand standards
- Ensure seamless daily retail operations and active engagement throughout the boutique environment
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through exceptional, bespoke service experiences
- Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing expertise and product knowledge with clients and colleagues
- Maintain exceptional communication standards and demonstrate professionalism under pressure
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of demonstrable client relationship management experience in luxury retail or comparable environment
- Exceptional communication and consultative sales skills
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team whilst maintaining individual accountability
- Positive mindset with an inspiring, service-oriented attitude

Experience
3–5 years of experience building effective client relationships in a luxury retail or hospitality environment, with demonstrated success in consultative selling and team-based achievement of performance targets.
Education
