Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Sydney to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in keeping with maison standards; build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process sales transactions, returns and exchanges while ensuring cash-handling integrity.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections and articulate provenance, materials and technical features to clients.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique reflects brand presentation standards daily.
- Manage stockroom procedures: receive deliveries, conduct inventory checks, replenish floor stock and support loss-prevention measures.
- Participate in store events, trunk shows and VIP appointments; collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver elevated client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high standards of client service in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mentality.
- Numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling and POS operations.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Right to work in Australia (where applicable) and willingness to participate in brand training programs.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, with demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, business or hospitality desirable.
