Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of luxury products.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across relevant categories and communicate brand heritage and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Ensure boutique visual merchandising and presentation standards are upheld at all times.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and handle returns/exchanges in line with company policy.
  • Manage stock: receive, store, tag and reconcile inventory; support merchandising and inventory audits.
  • Support after-sales service and client care, coordinating repairs, warranties or bespoke requests as required.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team and management to deliver a seamless client experience and support store operations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or boutique sales (typically 1–3 years preferred).
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and use consultative selling techniques.
  • Right to work in Australia (legal authorization to be employed in Australia).
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Experience
