Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships through personalized engagement
- Implement reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks within established timeframes
- Capture and maintain client data, track customer qualitative information, and manage VIC and VVIC portfolios
- Drive omnichannel sales performance and actively work toward individual and store sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in commercial activities and training programs established by boutique management
- Maintain impeccable store environment, back-of-house areas, and personal grooming standards
- Proactively communicate structural or maintenance issues to management to preserve luxurious store conditions
- Ensure exceptional after-sales service and client follow-up
- Implement all Richemont policies, guidelines, and standards for store and inventory management
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and clienteling platforms
- Knowledge of luxury retail or omnichannel commerce preferred
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with inventory management and retail operations
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or luxury customer service experience is preferred, with demonstrated success in building client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or hospitality certification preferred.
