Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to affluent and prospective clients, building long-term relationships and a robust client book.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage daily boutique operations including merchandise presentation, stock replenishment, and point-of-sale transactions in accordance with brand standards.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate the maison’s heritage, materials and technical features to clients.
- Actively prospect and follow up on leads, manage appointments and execute clienteling activities using CRM tools.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, boutique events and private client experiences to elevate brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable results in client acquisition and repeat business.
- Strong interpersonal skills with discretion and cultural sensitivity when engaging high-net-worth clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet boutique needs and client appointments.
- Solid numeracy and familiarity with point-of-sale procedures and basic inventory control.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of frontline retail experience, preferably within luxury, watches/jewe lry or premium lifestyle brands, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and develop repeat clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in hospitality, retail management, business or a related field preferred.
