Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Singapore to provide luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, highly personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective cross-selling.
  • Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate customer records using the boutique CRM and follow-up processes.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with company cash-handling and compliance procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising and presentation standards to uphold the maison’s brand image and seasonal campaigns.
  • Participate in stock management activities including receiving, inventory counts and loss-prevention controls.
  • Represent the maison at in-store events and VIP appointments, coordinating with store management and the wider commercial team.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in Singapore required.
  • Secondary education completed; post-secondary diploma in retail, luxury goods or hospitality preferred.
  • Professional demeanour with impeccable grooming and an understanding of luxury client expectations.
  • Availability to work a retail roster including weekends and public holidays.

Experience
