Richemont Sales Associate position in Seoul's Shinsegae Times Square boutique. Luxury retail role emphasizing customer excellence and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales turnover targets in alignment with maison commercial and sales strategy
- Welcome and attend to customers across multiple touchpoints—in-boutique, phone, email, and mail—according to brand guidelines and service standards
- Provide premium customer service by cultivating exceptional, memorable experiences and building long-term loyalty
- Maintain impeccable personal appearance and represent the highest standards of the brand both inside and outside the boutique
- Capture and manage qualitative customer data to develop and enhance the boutique's customer portfolio
- Support display and visual merchandising execution in compliance with maison guidelines
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, organization, and merchandise presentation to luxury standards
- Assist team members during peak sales periods with customer service, gift-wrapping, and inventory retrieval
- Execute daily operational tasks including restocking, display maintenance, sales accessory follow-up, and inventory management
- Participate actively in team meetings, contests, events, and annual inventory counts
- Apply and promote security protocols and safety procedures
- Report relevant business information through internal information systems
Qualifications
- Associate degree (AAS) or Bachelor's degree holder preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the luxury or high-end retail sector
- Fluent in Korean; proficiency in Chinese and English highly valued
- Strong achievement orientation, curiosity, work ethic, and empathy
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury goods and product categories
- Computer literacy and proficiency with retail systems
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
