Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales support and styling advice to customers, translating product knowledge into relevant recommendations
- Achieve sales targets through effective customer relationship-building and cross-selling of complementary products
- Maintain visual presentation standards and ensure proper merchandising of the collection on the sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and manage customer inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Participate in product training sessions and stay current with seasonal collections and brand heritage
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury or premium fashion environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect with diverse customer profiles
- Product knowledge of luxury fashion and familiarity with Alaia aesthetic
