Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Boutique Assistant in Seoul. Support sales team, deliver client experiences, and represent high jewelry excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all clients, minimizing wait times and enhancing the boutique experience
- Support Sales Associates during client interactions and sales processes
- Prepare and maintain the boutique workspace and product displays
- Assist with payment processing and daily operational procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including specialized services such as engraving and polishing
- Contribute positively to boutique team dynamics through active engagement in daily operations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client experiences in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
