Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve all boutique visitors as a Van Cleef & Arpels ambassador, embodying the Maison's identity and expertise
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients, increasing customer loyalty, and achieving sales targets
- Educate customers on the Maison's heritage, history, creations, and design inspiration
- Deliver personalized, anticipatory customer service tailored to individual client needs
- Respond promptly to all client requests, after-sales inquiries, and product care guidance
- Contribute positively to daily boutique operations and team collaboration
- Master boutique tools and systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with commercial policies and procedures
Qualifications
