Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and private clients, building long-term relationships through discreet clienteling and tailored product advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while supporting boutique-level objectives and commercial KPIs.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across relevant collections and convey provenance, materials and technical details with confidence.
- Manage the client journey end-to-end: prospecting, appointments, sales transactions, after‑sales follow-up and CRM record-keeping.
- Ensure boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock presentation and loss-prevention are consistently upheld.
- Support inventory management activities including receiving, tagging and physical stock counts in line with operational procedures.
- Collaborate with regional teams on events, private viewings and trunk shows to maximise client engagement and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury brand, jewellery or watchmaking environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and to manage high-value client relationships.
- Fluency in the local language and professional command of English is advantageous (language requirements not specified).
- Comfort with working retail hours including weekends and occasional evenings for client events.

Preferably 1–3 years of frontline retail experience, ideally within luxury, fine jewellery, or watch retail. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high‑touch client service.
