Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across collections to advise clients on provenance, materials and technical specifications.
- Execute clienteling activities: manage appointments, follow-up communications, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and after-sales services with strict adherence to brand policies and luxury retail standards.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation to ensure displays reflect seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, inbound/outbound logistics and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience—ideally 1+ years in luxury goods, watches, jewellery or premium fashion.
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury boutique environment.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and a client-focused attitude.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of customer-facing retail experience, preferably within the luxury sector (watches, jewellery, leather goods or premium fashion). Prior exposure to high-value transactions and appointment-driven selling is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training or retail/commerce diploma preferred but not required.
