Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to cultivate sales and long-term client relationships in a high-end boutique environment.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, clienteling, and follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain elevated standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately, and manage client data with discretion and GDPR/Korean privacy compliance.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, inventory reconciliation and back-of-house organisation.
- Participate in store events, product launches and internal training to deepen product knowledge and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver luxury-level customer service and build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong product knowledge or demonstrable aptitude to learn jewellery, watches or leather goods swiftly.
- Professional presentation with impeccable grooming and adherence to brand standards.
- Fluency in Korean; proficiency in English preferred (if explicitly required by the hiring boutique, language needs will be specified).
- Right to work in South Korea.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury goods, jewellery, watchmaking or premium fashion sectors. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing repeat clientele is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, hospitality, languages or a related discipline is an advantage.
