Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Scottsdale, AZ — boutique retail role delivering luxury client service and driving sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, appointment-driven and walk-in client service that reflects the maison’s luxury positioning and cultivates long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through personalised clienteling, product demonstrations and cross-selling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients accurately and confidently.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales service with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support boutique visual standards and merchandising directives, including window and floor displays, stock presentation and housekeeping.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock receives, transfers and reconciliation according to boutique procedures.
  • Contribute to CRM activities: follow up on leads, update client records and execute targeted outreach.
  • Represent the maison at in-store client events and assist with pre- and post-event logistics.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales; prior experience with watches or jewellery preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by a boutique retail schedule.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
