Van Cleef & Arpels Sales Associate position in San Diego, California. Full-time luxury jewelry retail role with competitive hourly rate and commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through the delivery of exceptional, personalized service to clientele
- Develop and nurture lasting client relationships through consultative selling and regular engagement
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data accuracy, event communications, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting
- Attend and host social functions and in-boutique events to generate new business and deepen client connections
- Execute daily display setup and evening breakdown while maintaining the aesthetic standards of the boutique
- Travel as required to support business objectives and client relationship initiatives
Qualifications
- Seven years of experience in luxury jewelry retail or high-end clienteling
- Bachelor's degree or professional jewelry certification
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
