Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Riyadh to provide personalised client service and drive boutique sales for its luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience aligned with maison standards to build long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Actively prospect, welcome and advise clients in boutique; convert footfall into sales and meet individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across relevant categories (e.g., watches, jewellery, leather goods) and communicate features, provenance and after‑sales care.
- Manage transactions, returns and customer records accurately using the boutique POS and CRM tools; ensure correct cash and card handling procedures.
- Uphold visual merchandising, housekeeping and presentation standards to ensure the boutique environment reflects brand guidelines.
- Support stock management activities including inventory counts, receipts, tagging and loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate with the boutique manager and after‑sales teams to ensure timely client follow-up, repairs and personalised services.
- Comply with company policies, local regulations and rigorous luxury retail security and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; vocational diploma in retail, hospitality or luxury management is an advantage.
- Proven sales aptitude with strong clienteling and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high‑end retail environment.
- Professional grooming, polished presentation and aptitude for delivering discreet, personalized service.
- Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia.

Experience
1–3 years of direct retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium brands; prior boutique experience with watches, jewellery or leather goods preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, luxury management or related field preferred.
