Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Puebla, Mexico to join its boutique team, delivering luxury client service and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-centric service in a luxury boutique environment, cultivating long-term client relationships and personalised follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive client acquisition, conversion and upselling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across collections to advise clients on craftsmanship, provenance and technical features.
- Manage clienteling activities and update CRM records to ensure accurate profiling, appointment scheduling and post‑sale care.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage payments and ensure strict adherence to cash-handling and refund policies.
- Support visual merchandising and stock presentation to luxury standards; assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving procedures.
- Collaborate with the boutique team on events, private appointments and VIP experiences; escalate client requests to management as appropriate.
- Uphold brand image, privacy and compliance standards at all times, including product security and anti‑theft protocols.
Qualifications
- Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or hospitality is advantageous.
- Proven customer-facing experience in luxury retail or premium service environments; prior boutique experience preferred.
- Professional deportment with polished interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong numeric accuracy and experience handling POS and payment reconciliation.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays; eligibility to work in Mexico.
