Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused sales experience that reflects the maison’s heritage and brand standards.
- Identify, qualify and convert new and existing clients; actively develop and maintain client files and follow-up communications (clienteling).
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to store KPIs and commercial initiatives.
- Maintain exemplary presentation of merchandise and window displays in accordance with visual merchandising directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage stock movements and inventory integrity.
- Support boutique events, private client appointments and after-sales services; liaise with the maison’s service teams as required.
- Uphold loss-prevention, compliance and cash-handling procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ retail or client-facing experience within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique or high-end retail environment.
- Professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Right to work in the Czech Republic; fluency in English and local language is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
At least two years’ experience in luxury retail or premium goods sales, with demonstrated success in client acquisition, account development and meeting boutique sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in retail, hospitality, business or a related field is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Prague, Prague, Czech Republic.
