Cartier Perth seeks experienced Sales Associate (full-time, fixed-term contract) to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences and cultivate high-value client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences consistent with Cartier's service excellence standards and create memorable moments that foster brand loyalty
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales objectives through consultative selling, leveraging deep product knowledge of high jewelry and luxury timepieces
  • Proactively identify and convert clientelling opportunities by scheduling appointments, developing robust client profiles, and executing targeted CRM actions
  • Cultivate meaningful and lasting client relationships, strategically growing and managing the client portfolio to maximize engagement and sales potential
  • Represent Cartier as a true ambassador during client events, exclusive activations, and boutique-hosted experiences
  • Uphold the highest standards of operational compliance across all boutique procedures, policies, and security protocols
  • Ensure accurate stock management, actively participate in inventory processes, and maintain the impeccable presentation and visual merchandising of the boutique
  • Embody Cartier's core values and contribute to a collaborative, positive team spirit, supporting colleagues in achieving shared goals

Experience
