Richemont Sales Associate, Paris – Luxury retail role in jewelry, watches, and accessories with focus on client relationship management and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated client relationship owner, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with the customer portfolio, particularly VIP and high-value clients
- Provide exceptional and consultative customer service that reflects the luxury brand positioning and heritage of the house
- Implement personalized communication campaigns and utilize all available clienteling and omnichannel tools to achieve CRM objectives within established timelines
- Systematically collect and accurately record all customer data and qualitative information to support targeted engagement strategies
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets while actively participating in all training and commercial activities led by store management and head office retail teams
- Maintain an impeccable boutique environment, both commercial and non-commercial spaces, and proactively alert management to any structural or aesthetic maintenance needs
- Execute all store management protocols including inventory control, stockroom organization, and active participation in periodic inventory counts
- Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure exemplary after-sales service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor local market activity and competitive developments to inform sales strategies and client engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales advisor or consultant in the luxury or premium segment
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and oral, to comfortably serve an international clientele
- Strong client relationship management skills and demonstrated ability to build lasting customer connections
