Richemont seeks a Sales Associate for its Avenue Montaigne boutique in Paris to deliver luxury service across jewelry, watches, and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute sophisticated sales techniques including cross-selling and upselling while maintaining adherence to luxury retail protocols and compliance procedures
  • Develop and nurture a distinguished client portfolio through active clienteling practices, leveraging digital tools such as Become and Wise to personalize the customer experience
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise across all categories including jewelry, watches, and high-end accessories, including basic handling techniques, maintenance guidance, and craftsmanship knowledge
  • Articulate the heritage, values, organizational structure, and market positioning of the Maison through compelling brand storytelling
  • Manage after-sales service requests, warranty inquiries, and product care advice across all product categories with mastery of service protocols
  • Ensure strict compliance with cash procedures, security protocols, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and operational safeguards
  • Operate digital systems and applications including Become, Wise, and MyCatalog with proficiency to support sales and client management
  • Maintain professional ethics, punctuality, confidentiality, and contribute to a collaborative, respectful team environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within jewelry, watches, or haute horlogerie
  • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury product categories, craftsmanship techniques, and heritage brand narratives
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, customer relationship management platforms, and digital retail tools
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality standards befitting clientele at the ultra-luxury level
