Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance and styling guidance to clients across the brand's product portfolio
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive service and proactive follow-up
- Achieve sales targets through effective product presentation and consultative selling techniques
- Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay current with new collections and seasonal offerings
- Ensure exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions with accuracy and professionalism using point-of-sale systems
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English
- Proven retail sales experience in a luxury environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing independent transactions
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury retail standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion, watches, jewelry, or selective retailing. Prior experience in a flagship or high-traffic store environment is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent) required; additional training in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
