Richemont in Paris seeks a Sales Associate (CDD - Vendeur) on a fixed-term contract to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, high-touch service to clients in line with maison standards, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and targeted clienteling.
  • Maintain product knowledge across assigned categories and provide personalised product recommendations.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic cash-handling procedures with precision and confidentiality.
  • Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and boutique presentation to uphold brand image.
  • Contribute to inventory counts, loss-prevention measures and accurate reporting of sales and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French; professional working proficiency in English preferred.
  • Previous retail or sales experience, ideally 1–3 years in luxury or premium-brand environments.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a client-focused, service-orientated demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings; eligible to work in France.
  • Comfort with fixed-term contract conditions (CDD) and ability to integrate quickly into a boutique team.
