Van Cleef & Arpels Sales Associate position in Palo Alto, California. Full-time luxury jewelry retail role with seven years' experience preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service and expertise to boutique clientele
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal, high-value clients through personalized relationship building
- Attend community social functions and in-boutique events to generate new business and nurture client relationships
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and accuracy, communication regarding novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting
- Manage daily display setup each morning and breakdown each evening while maintaining the aesthetic quality and security of the boutique
- Travel as required to support regional business development and client engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Seven years of luxury retail or jewelry sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification
- Demonstrated ability to develop long-lasting client relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems and clienteling tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States
