Sales Associate at Cartier, Orlando—luxury retail role with Richemont offering $28–$30/hr and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, and leveraging solid product knowledge
- Assist after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values and provide recommendations that enhance the client experience
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives
- Accurately capture and utilize client data for follow-up and relationship building using available tools
- Appropriately resolve client issues and concerns, escalating to management when needed
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives in partnership with management
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group and boutique
- Assist with daily set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of boutique displays and back-stock
- Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits
- Support special projects including price changes and back office responsibilities
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment
- General knowledge of timepiece movements
- Proficiency with MS Office
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings and events
Skills
Experience
2 to 5 years of previous experience in a luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment, with demonstrable success in customer-facing roles and sales achievement.
Education
College degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 30 per hour.
