Cartier Sales Associate position in Orlando, FL. Full-time luxury retail role offering $28-30/hr and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and 401(k) match.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while providing outstanding, personalized customer service that reflects Cartier's brand standards
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service, effective CRM data capture, and participation in in-store and offsite events
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of timepiece movements and luxury accessories, staying current with industry news and competitor positioning
  • Resolve client concerns and objections with professionalism, escalating complex issues to management as appropriate
  • Assist with daily boutique operations including setup, breakdown, merchandising, display maintenance, and inventory management
  • Participate actively in cycle counts and annual inventories to ensure audit readiness and operational accuracy
  • Support special projects including price changes, back-office responsibilities, and promotional initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment
  • General knowledge of timepiece movements and luxury products
  • Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
  • Fluency in computer and internet technologies
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
