Richemont seeks a Sales Associate for its New York Soho boutique. Achieve targets, manage client relationships, and represent the Maison with excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging every client, maintaining outstanding product knowledge, and providing stellar service before, during, and after sales
- Adapt sales approach according to client needs and motivations, negotiate objections with confidence
- Provide after-sales support in accordance with Maison values and act as a knowledgeable referent for recommendations
- Remain current on industry trends and competitor activities
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives, partnering with management to develop personalized client plans
- Accurately capture and utilize client data for follow-up and relationship building using available systems
- Appropriately resolve client issues and escalate to management as needed
- Partner with management to support in-store and offsite events and networking activities
- Understand and comply with all security and operational policies for the Group and Maison
- Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown, communicate maintenance issues
- Assist in merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock inventory
- Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts
- Support special projects including price changes and back-office responsibilities
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- College degree preferred
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday consistently plus one weekday
- Computer and internet proficiency; MS Office experience required, SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
- Additional language skills are a plus
- General knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred
Skills
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. Experience with CRM systems and luxury clientele preferred.
Education
College degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 29 per hour.
