Richemont Sales Associate in New York: Luxury retail role with $26–$28/hr compensation, requiring 2–5 years experience in fine jewelry and watches sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
  • Provide exceptional customer service through greeting and acknowledgment of every client, maintaining outstanding standards and comprehensive product knowledge
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives, partnering with management on client development plans
  • Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building using available tools
  • Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values, acting as a referent and providing recommendations that enhance client experience
  • Appropriately resolve client issues and concerns, escalating to management as needed
  • Participate in in-store and offsite events, networking opportunities, and client relationship building initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison, and boutique
  • Assist with daily set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of the boutique, reporting maintenance issues
  • Support merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock
  • Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits
  • Support special projects including price changes and back-office responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
  • General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred
  • Additional language skills a plus
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings, client events, and conferences
