Part-time Sales Associate at Richemont's Cartier in Soho, New York. $26–$29/hr, commission and overtime eligible.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, and providing comprehensive product knowledge
- Manage the complete customer journey, including after-sales support and client relationship nurturing
- Adapt sales approach based on client needs and motivations, and adeptly negotiate objections
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives in partnership with management
- Accurately capture and maintain client data for follow-up and relationship building using available tools
- Resolve client issues and concerns, escalating to management as appropriate
- Participate in the planning and execution of in-store and offsite events and networking activities
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison, and boutique
- Assist with daily boutique set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays and back-stock
- Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for successful audits
- Support special projects including price changes and back-office responsibilities
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- College degree preferred
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends consistently
- Genuine Maison Ambassador mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
- Self-starter with team-player approach
Skills
Experience
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 29 per hour.
