Richemont Sales Associate position in New York's Soho district. Luxury retail experience required, $26–$29 hourly rate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive engagement, product knowledge, and professional demeanor
- Develop and cultivate client relationships through CRM initiatives and personalized service
- Accurately capture and maintain client data for follow-up and relationship building
- Manage client objections and concerns, escalating to management as appropriate
- Support after-sales client services in accordance with Maison values and standards
- Participate in daily boutique operations including setup, breakdown, merchandising, and inventory management
- Comply with all security, operational, and Group policies and procedures
- Assist with special projects including price changes and back-office responsibilities
- Remain current on industry developments and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- College degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with MS Office and computer systems
- Genuine commitment to embodying Maison values and brand ambassadorship

Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail. Must be available to work retail hours including Saturdays and Sundays consistently, plus one additional weekday. Availability for trainings, client events, and conferences is required.
Education
College degree preferred.
