Watchfinder & Co. seeks Sales Associate in New York to deliver luxury client experiences and drive pre-owned watch sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Host clients and stakeholders with personalized customer experience and attentive service
  • Develop and grow a personal clientele through effective consultative selling and proactive CRM outreach
  • Introduce and promote Watchfinder's diverse service offerings, including part-exchange programs, while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction
  • Conduct timepiece appraisals for part-exchange transactions, ensuring all processes are followed accurately
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Watchfinder's history, product range, services, and brand partnerships
  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador both within the boutique and in the wider community
  • Maintain boutique standards in alignment with global operating procedures and aesthetic expectations
  • Contribute to the boutique team dynamic through collaborative problem-solving and organizational support

Qualifications

  • Background in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Demonstrated team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
