Role & Responsibilities
- Host clients and stakeholders while delivering personalised customer experiences tailored to individual preferences
- Exceed client expectations through creative problem-solving and consultative selling approaches
- Introduce clients to Watchfinder's comprehensive service offerings, including part-exchange services, while maintaining elevated experience standards
- Develop and cultivate a personal clientele through effective selling skills and proactive CRM-driven outreach
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Watchfinder's history, product portfolio, services, and brand partnerships
- Serve as a brand ambassador representing Watchfinder values within and outside the boutique environment
- Uphold boutique standards in alignment with global operating procedures and visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with boutique team members to support overall operations and foster a cohesive working environment
- Lead and execute timepiece appraisal processes for part-exchange transactions, ensuring accurate valuation and procedural compliance
