Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and create memorable in-store experiences consistent with maison standards.
  • Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through effective clienteling and CRM upkeep to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and expert product advice.
  • Represent the brand’s visual and merchandising standards; maintain boutique presentation, stockroom order and product placement.
  • Process sales transactions, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash and POS procedures.
