Richemont seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate in New York (Hudson Yards) to deliver exceptional client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and retail clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling and cross-selling of complementary product categories.
  • Manage client appointments, guided selling and follow-up communications to drive clienteling activities.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across watches, jewelry and related accessories and communicate product craftsmanship and provenance convincingly.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions and cash procedures with accuracy and compliance.
  • Support boutique visual standards and merchandising, including stock replenishment, inventory control and window presentation.
  • Assist with boutique events, VIP appointments and trunk shows, coordinating with colleagues and the boutique manager to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; experience within luxury watches, jewelry or premium accessories strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with polished presentation and strong verbal communication.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
