Role & Responsibilities

  • Present and demonstrate Buccellati's high-jewelry collections to discerning clients with comprehensive product knowledge and artistic appreciation
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to build loyalty and generate repeat business
  • Process transactions professionally whilst ensuring compliance with boutique procedures and security protocols
  • Maintain the boutique environment to the highest standards of visual presentation and cleanliness
  • Contribute to achievement of individual and team sales objectives
  • Participate in product training and familiarization sessions to deepen knowledge of the maison's offerings
