Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Munich to represent its maisons in boutique retail, delivering exceptional client service and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary, concierge-level client experience in a boutique environment, proactively welcoming and advising clients.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets through consultative selling and personalised clienteling.
- Manage client relationships and post‑sale service, maintaining accurate client records and follow-up activities in CRM tools.
- Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation to brand guidelines, ensuring product presentation, stock rotation and window displays meet maison directives.
- Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using point‑of‑sale systems and uphold cash handling procedures.
- Support inventory control, incoming stock procedures and periodic stocktakes; escalate discrepancies to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations, including loss‑prevention and GDPR requirements.
Qualifications
- Polished professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a commercial orientation and demonstrable ability to close sales.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing and stock management.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and public holidays, to support boutique trading hours.
- Legal right to work in Germany; multilingual ability (German and English) is highly desirable.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of hands‑on retail experience within luxury or premium brands, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and executing personalised client service. Experience using CRM and POS systems in a boutique setting is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
