Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Monte Carlo (Monaco) — permanent full-time role delivering luxury client service in a Richemont boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience aligned with brand standards to develop long-term client relationships and drive sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through active clienteling, product presentation and persuasive selling techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate technical and heritage details of timepieces, jewelry or accessories to clients.
- Execute daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock management, inventory controls and reconciliation procedures.
- Uphold visual merchandising directives and ensure the boutique environment is immaculate, well-paced and presentation-led at all times.
- Coordinate after-sales service, repairs and watch/jewelry care instructions in collaboration with internal service teams.
- Participate in client events, private appointments and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and nurture high-value relationships.
Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in Monaco.
- Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury sales preferred.
- Proven customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal skills and a professional, service-first demeanour.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and during peak retail periods.
- Impeccable personal presentation and adherence to brand grooming and conduct standards.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, watches, jewelry or premium accessories. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a certificate in retail or luxury sales is advantageous.
